- An illustration of a done-for-you order: Done for you · Ad 01, polarized aviator sunglasses: launch, 15 s, made in 9:16.
- 01 · You send, under three labels. Photos: 6 product photos. Brief: product, audience, claim, offer. Rules: say “polarized.” Never say “cheap.”
- 02 · We make it: the script, then 5 shots, each built from your photos. Every shot gets takes (take 1, take 2, take 3). Shot 03's first take gets the lenses wrong, so take 2 makes the cut. 12 takes become 5 hero takes, the best take of each shot. Then the voiceover.
- 03 · You get: ad-01.mp4 · 15 s · 9:16 · voiced, stamped Ready to upload.
- Built from your product photos: nothing to film or ship
- Script, shot list and prompts: all written by our team
- Every take checked against your photos: only the best makes the cut
- You upload it: nothing goes live without you
Sound familiar?
Today, every new video ad is a production.
Creators mean logistics.
Brief them, ship the product and wait 3 days to 3 weeks. Then check the take, and re-brief if it missed. Sources
Agencies mean retainers.
$8k–$35k a month, and 7–30 days for each round of feedback. Sources
AI tools still need a director.
Someone has to plan the shots, check every take and rerun the ones where the label warps, even with your photos attached. Usually, that someone is you.
Done for you takes a brief.
Send it with your product photos: nothing to film or ship, and no takes to sort through. Our team directs every shot, checks every take against your photos and sends you the finished file.

- Today, every new video ad is a production. Each way to make one puts a different to-do list in front of you: your to-do list.
- Creators mean logistics. Brief them, ship the product, wait 3 days to 3 weeks. Check the take. Re-brief if it missed.
- Agency: agencies mean retainers. A retainer invoice of $8k–$35k a month, and 7–30 days for each round of feedback, round 2 included.
- AI tools still need a director. You write the prompt, a shot comes back wrong, you re-roll it. Plan the shots, check every frame, pick every take. Director: you.
- Done for you takes a brief. Send it with your product photos. Our team directs every shot and checks every take. You get the finished file, stamped Ready to upload.
You'd rather run the account than run a production.

- Creators, 3 days to 3 weeks: delivery times published by JoinBrands and Trend, counted from when the product arrives.
- Agency, $8k–$35k a month: Apex Brands. 7–30 days per feedback cycle: Darkroom. Both are agencies.

Who makes your ad
The AI is the camera. Our crew comes from film.
AI video models make the takes. Someone still has to write the script, plan every shot, pick the takes and cut the ad. Make it yourself, and that's you. Done for you, that's our team.
Text version
- Call sheet · Ad 01. Three jobs from film, and the camera. The crew list: Writer, from films and web series. Assistant director, from film sets. Camera: AI video models. Editor, from film editing. Beside it, the finished ad plays on a phone, stamped That's a wrap.
- Writer: writes the script around a hook. Hook: “Driving into the sun?” Claim: “Polarized lenses cut the glare.” Offer: “A free case with every pair.”
- Assistant director: plans every shot before the takes. The shot list: 01 close-up · push in, 02 wide · handheld, 03 close-up · static, 04 wide · pan, 05 product · push in, each with your product photos attached.
- Camera, AI video models: makes several takes of each shot. One take of shot 03 gets the lenses wrong.
- Editor: picks the hero takes and cuts the ad. The take with the wrong lenses is crossed out, the best take of each shot gets a star, and the five hero takes line up in order, with the voiceover beneath them.
- Each job is ticked off the call sheet, and the finished ad plays on the phone: That's a wrap.

Writers · Films and web series
A script built on a hook.
Our writers have written stories for films and web series. Your script gets the same build: a hook first, then your claim and your offer, by your rules.
-
Assistant directors · Film sets
Every shot planned before the takes.
Our assistant directors have worked on film sets, keeping the shoot on plan, shot by shot. They bring that to your ad: each shot's framing, camera move and references, set before any take is made.
-
Editors · Film editing
The best take, then the cut.
Our editors come from film editing. They pick the best take of every shot, put the hero takes in order and cut them to the voiceover.
How it works
You send the brief. We do the other nine steps.
Every HeroTake ad goes through ten steps, from brief to download. The first is yours.
Text version
- The ten steps · Ad 01, in two columns: You, and Our team.
- 01 Brief, you: product, audience, claim, offer.
- 02 Script, our team: drafted from your brief, finalized by our team. One line reads “Polarized. Obviously.”
- 03 Scenes: the ad, broken into scenes. 04 Shots: a camera move and a prompt for every shot.
- 05 Frames: built with your product photos attached.
- 06 Takes: several takes of each shot. 07 Hero take: the best take of each shot.
- 08 Voiceover: a voice for each character. 09 Cut: the hero takes in order, with the voice lined up.
- 10 Download: a 9:16 MP4, sent to you, ad-01.mp4.
- Then Upload, you: nothing goes live without you. You send the brief. We do the other nine steps.
-
01
Your part
Send the brief.
The product, the audience, the claim and the offer, with your product photos and your rules.
-
02–10
Our part
We make the ad.
Script, scenes, shots, frames, takes, voiceover, cut and download. We pick the ★ hero take of every shot, its best take, and only hero takes make the cut.
-
Then
Your part
Upload it.
Add it to your campaigns in Ads Manager when you're ready. We never post to your ad account.
Continuity
Every shot starts from your photos. Every take is checked against them.
In AI video, details tend to drift from shot to shot, even with reference photos attached: a label warps, a color shifts, a face turns into someone else's. On a film set, catching that is a job of its own, called continuity. Our team comes from film, and on a done-for-you ad, that job is ours.
Text version
- Continuity check · Ad 01. At the top, your references: Product, Cast, Location and Look. Below them, the ad's five shots.
- Shot 03 · Take 1 is checked against every reference. Product: lens shape: off. The take is stamped Not in the cut.
- Retake this one shot. The others stay as they are: the four approved shots are locked.
- Shot 03 · Take 2 is checked the same way. Product, cast, location and look: Matches, four times. It becomes the shot's hero take.
- All five shots are checked. Only takes that match make the cut.
-
01 · References
One set of references for the whole ad.
Your product photos, your spokesperson's reference images, the location and the look are attached to every shot they appear in.
-
02 · Frames
The frame before the footage.
We check each shot's starting frame against your photos before we make any video from it.
-
03 · Takes
Every take, checked.
Each shot gets several takes. We check every one against your references, and only a take that matches makes the cut.
-
04 · Retakes
Retake the shot, not the ad.
When a take drifts, we retake that one shot. Every shot we've already approved stays exactly as it is.
Your product stays saved with its photos, so your next ad starts from the same references.
What we check on every take
- Product
- Its shape, proportions and color, the label and the logo.
- Cast
- Your spokesperson's face, hair and outfit.
- Location
- The setting, and what's in it.
- Look
- The light and the color, from shot to shot.
Text version
- What we check on every take: four panels, each with your reference beside a take.
- Product: the sunglasses rest on their case, printed POLARIZED. In the take, the label text comes out garbled, its letters swapped and bent. Caught.
- Cast: the spokesperson's hair color changes. Caught.
- Location: the setting changes. Caught.
- Look: the light and color go cold. Caught.
- Each drifted take is replaced by one that matches the reference. All four panels end on Matches.
The honest part: the hardest cases are small printed text and hands holding the product. More angles help. Where a shot still misses, we redo that shot or frame around it.
What you get
A short brief from you. A finished ad from us.
Text version
- Your brief, line by line. On the left, the brief: Product: polarized aviator sunglasses. Audience: commuters who drive into the sun. Claim: polarized lenses cut glare. Offer: a free case with every pair. Rules: say “polarized.” Never say “cheap.”
- On the right, the ad plays, built from your product photos, with its voiceover: “Driving into the sun?” for the audience, “Polarized lenses cut the glare.” for the claim, and “A free case with every pair.” for the offer.
- The rules line is checked against the script and marked Followed. The file: ad-01.mp4 · 15 s · 9:16 · voiced, stamped Ready to upload.
You get
- A finished, voiced video ad, made from your brief.
- A 9:16 MP4 for Reels and Stories, exported through a Meta preset and ready to upload.
- Your product, from your photos. They're attached to every shot's starting frame.
- Only the best takes. Every shot gets several, and only the best one makes the cut.
- A voice for every character: an AI voice, or a recording you send us.
- Written to your rules: the claims you make, the words you never use, and your call on AI disclosure.
Your brief needs the same few lines as the example, plus your store link and clean product photos from a few angles. More angles help complex products.
Not in the file yet: captions and music. Add captions in your editor before you upload.
Where to start
Start with the ad you haven't had time to make.
Text version
- On the left, your best static: a product photo, the headline “Polarized. Obviously.” and the offer, free case with every pair.
- Its photo, its headline and its offer move into 5 shots, and play on the right as a video ad. Same angle. Same product photos.
- Now a voiced video ad.
Mostly statics?
Your best static, as a video.
Your statics already prove the angle and the photos. Send the one that works, and we'll turn its angle into a voiced video ad, built from the same product photos.
-
Out of hours?
The ads your team can't get to.
Your creative team is maxed out, you're between hires, or the founder still makes every ad. Send us the briefs that have been waiting.
-
Last batch missed?
The brief your last batch missed.
Takes came back off-brief, or with your product wrong. Send us the same brief. We write the script to it, and only takes that match your photos make the cut.
-
Testing angles?
A new angle to test.
A new hook, a new audience, or a claim you haven't led with yet. Test it as a finished ad, and save your creator budget for the angles that win.
-
Launching or on sale?
A launch or an offer.
A new product, a restock or a seasonal sale. We write your offer into the script and the voiceover.
-
A winner fading?
A new concept for a tired winner.
A fading winner needs a new concept, not a new edit. We make one around the same product, with a new setting, a new opening shot and a different AI spokesperson, the face of the ad.
Pick one for your first ad. We'll talk it through by email.
The models
Your ads, shot on top AI video models.
An ad only looks as good as the model behind it. HeroTake puts leading video models in one studio, and our team sends each shot to the model that renders it best.
Seedance 2.5
ByteDance
MiniMax H3
MiniMax
Kling v4
Kuaishou
Gemini Omni
Google
The right model for each shot.
If a shot isn't landing, we try it on another model and keep the take that looks best.
Your product, whichever model.
Your product photos are attached to every starting frame, on every model.
New models as they land.
The list changes as better models come out, so your ads keep up with them.
Is it for you?
Made for brands with more ad ideas than hours.
Made for you if…
- You want finished ads, not another production to manage.
- You need new video concepts every week, and no one on the team has the hours to make them.
- You sell a physical product from your own store, in the US.
- You spend roughly $10k–$100k a month on Meta, mostly in Advantage+ sales campaigns. Up to $400k is welcome too.
- You already have clean product photos from a few angles.
Not for you yet if…
- You need real customers on camera, sharing their own results. Book creators for that proof, and use HeroTake for concepts.
- You want an AI “customer” giving a testimonial. We won't make that, now or later.
- You sell a service, an app or a digital product. Every shot starts from a product photo.
- You need your claims checked for you, as in supplements or skincare. You stay responsible for the claims in your brief.
- You want someone to run your ad account. We make the ads; you or your media buyer run them.
- You spend under about $200 a day on Meta. Fewer, better ads will serve you well for now.
Rather direct it yourself?
HeroTake is a self-serve studio too. Approve the script, pick every hero take, and see each take's price before it runs.
Done for you
Request done-for-you.
During early access, our team makes HeroTake ads for US DTC brands on Meta. Tell us your store and what you run on Meta. Requesting commits you to nothing.
What happens next
- 01We read every request ourselves.
- 02If done-for-you fits your account, we email you to agree the brief, the price and the timing.
- 03You send the brief and photos. We make the ad and send you the file, and you decide when it runs.
Got it. Your request is in.
If done-for-you fits your account, we'll email you to talk through your first ad.
How we handle your request
When you request early access, we collect your work email, your store URL, what you run on Meta, how you want your ads made, and the time you sent it. Cloudflare processes the request; we store it in a private Google Sheet and email our team a notification, so we can follow up. Spam protection limits how often one network can send the form. To see or delete your details, email rajpal@robojin.com. A full privacy policy comes before product sign-up.

FAQ
Questions about done-for-you.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
It depends on the ad. During early access, price and turnaround aren't fixed, so we agree them with you by email before we start. Requesting commits you to nothing.
Who makes my ads?
Our team, in HeroTake, our AI video studio. Our writers have written for films and web series, our assistant directors have worked on film sets, and our editors come from film editing. AI video models make the takes; we write the script, plan every shot, check every take against your photos and cut the ad. Who does what
What do you need from me?
A brief (the product, the audience, the claim and the offer), clean product photos from a few angles, and your store link. More angles help complex products.
Will it get my product right?
Every frame is generated with your product photos attached, and we keep only the takes that get it right. The hardest cases are small printed text and hands holding the product, so we redo those shots or frame around them. How we check every take
What if a shot isn't right?
Tell us what's off. We can redo a single shot without touching the rest of the ad. How many rounds of changes are included is part of what we agree before we start.
Who posts the ad?
You do. We send you the file, and you upload it in Ads Manager. We never post to your ad account, so nothing goes live without you.
Will Meta label or reject my ads?
Meta labels AI content and decides every approval, so no one can promise approval. Your ad comes through a Meta 9:16 preset and is flagged as AI-generated in its metadata. Whether it also shows an on-screen AI disclosure is your call: tell us in your brief.
Which AI video models do you use?
Leading video models, such as Seedance 2.5, MiniMax H3, Kling v4 and Gemini Omni. We pick the model shot by shot and keep the take that looks best. The list changes as better models come out.
Couldn't I make these myself with AI tools?
You could, and HeroTake's studio is self-serve too. Done for you, you hand us the jobs that take the hours: the script, the shot plan, checking every take, and the cut. Our team comes from film, where each of those is a job of its own. See the self-serve studio
Is it legal to use an AI spokesperson in ads?
Yes, with two rules. The spokesperson can deliver your brand's claims, but it can't pose as a customer or give a testimonial (FTC). And in New York, and in California from January 1, 2027, an ad with a synthetic performer needs a clear on-screen disclosure. Not legal advice; laws last checked October 2, 2026.
Can you use my own face, or my founder's?
Not yet. Using a real person's likeness needs verified consent, and we're building that. Today, spokespeople are made from AI-generated imagery, or imagery you hold rights to that shows no real person.
Is this meant to replace my creators?
No. Keep creators for proof, meaning testimonials and real reviews, which an AI spokesperson must never fake. Use done-for-you for new concepts.
What happens after I request it?
We read every request. If done-for-you fits your account, we email you to agree the brief, the price and the timing.
