Made for

  • Vertical 9:16 series
  • Episodes of 1–3 minutes
  • Studios & showrunners
  • Publishers adapting novels
One bible for a whole series
What we're building: one bible for a series, and what happened in one episode still true in the next. The series, the names and the numbers are examples. Illustration, planned. Drawn, not generated: not a product screenshot and not an AI output.
Text version
  1. An illustration of what we're building. Series bible · Example: Harlow House: season 1, 60 episodes, in 9:16.
  2. Cast: Mara, Lead · red coat, and Theo, Lead · dark jacket. Episodes: EP 01–05 of 60, a cliffhanger every episode. In EP 01, Mara arrives in the red coat. Carried forward: Mara · red coat · from EP 01.
  3. EP 05 ends on an empty ring box: To be continued. Carried forward: The ring · missing from EP 05, and The hall · same window, every episode.
  4. EP 12 · 3 takes: Take 1, Take 2 and Take 3. In Take 1, The ring is back on Mara's hand. Missing since EP 05. Flagged before EP 12 is final. You pick Take 2.
  5. The episodes run to EP 60. Same cast to EP 60.

The hard part

A series has to match itself, episode after episode.

Where a series keeps its continuity today
Two ways a series is made today, and where its continuity lives in each; then what we're building. The series, the names and the numbers are examples. Animated illustration. Drawn, not generated: not an AI output.
Text version
  1. Harlow House · EP 17, scene 2, made two ways.
  2. Shooting it: the call sheet reads Day 4 of 7 · 19 pages. EP 03 · EP 17 · EP 41, one room: the same wall plays The hall, A hospital and An office.
  3. In the edit: The wide: blocking changed. Coverage missing.
  4. Generating it clip by clip: Take 37 of one shot. Jacket: grey? Window: moved. The continuity.xlsx sheet reads Last updated: shot 30.
  5. What we're building: One record for the series, feeding EP 03 and EP 41. The hall · window behind Mara, door behind Theo. Mara · red coat. Theo · dark jacket · cut on left hand, from EP 09.
  6. A series has to match itself.
  • Shooting it means a production.

A cast, a crew, locations and a tight shoot for dozens of episodes, and a reshoot is hard to schedule.

  • Generating it clip by clip means drift.

Each clip is made on its own. Keeping an outfit, a prop or a room the same across dozens of episodes is left to you.

  • HeroTake will keep the series in one place.

One bible and one continuity record, so episode 60 starts from everything episodes 1 to 59 set up.

What we're building

From the first page of the script to the last episode.

A micro-drama in HeroTake will be a series of seasons and numbered episodes, with every episode made the same way, shot by shot.

01 · Script

Your screenplay, or your novel.

Import episode scripts as Final Draft, Fountain or PDF, and get the scenes, a storyboard and a draft cast list in one step. Or adapt a novel into a season plan, episode scripts and a draft bible, all revised on the page first.

  3. The script's own episode break falls in the middle of scene 3: EP 05 | EP 06. EP 05 ends on Where is the ring, Mara? and EP 06 opens on the same line: Read again, differently.

Scenes, shots, starting frames, several takes of every shot, and the best take of each in the cut, with a voice for every character.

Dialogue shot like on set

Who it's for

Built for the people who make vertical series.

Not for you if…

  • You need a series in production now. Today, HeroTake makes video ads.
  • You want a whole episode from one prompt. HeroTake works like a set: a script you approve, a shot list, and the take you pick for every shot.
  • You want a real person's face without their consent. We won't make that, now or later.

Working today

Every episode will be made the way HeroTake makes ads today.

HeroTake already works like a film set, not a prompt box. Today it makes video ads, shot by shot:

  • A script you approve.

Nothing is built from it until you press Finalize.

  • A shot list you can edit.

Scenes and shots, with a camera move and a prompt for every shot.

  • Frames from your references.

Your characters' reference images are attached to every starting frame.

  • ★ The hero take.

Several takes of every shot, side by side. You pick the best, and only that one makes the cut.

  • One retake, not a reshoot.

Redo a single shot without touching the rest.

  • The right model for each shot.

Try a shot on a different AI video model and keep the take that looks best.

  • Voices and the cut.

A voice for every character, lined up with the shots, then the takes cut in order.

  • Every cost in view.

Each take's price before it runs, and a record of how every take was made.

Redo one shot, not the whole ad
Shot 03 misses, so it's retaken alone: three takes side by side, and the hero take picked. The other shots stay as approved. Credit values are examples. Animated illustration. Drawn, not generated: not an AI output.
Text version
  1. Ad 01 · 5 shots, in a row. Shot 03 misses: lens shape off.
  2. Re-roll the whole video? It's crossed out.
  3. Instead: retake shot 03. The other four shots are locked, as approved.
  4. Three takes of shot 03, side by side, each priced first: 10 cr. Take 1: lens shape off. Take 3: too tight. Take 2 becomes the hero take.
  5. The hero take goes back into the row. Redo one shot. Keep the rest.

FAQ

Questions about micro-dramas in HeroTake.

Can I make a micro-drama in HeroTake today?

Not yet. Today, HeroTake makes video ads, shot by shot. Series, seasons, a series bible and continuity across episodes are what we're building for micro-dramas, and the waitlist hears first.

When will it be ready?

We don't have a date to share. We'd rather tell you when it works than promise a date, so waitlist members hear first.

Can I bring my own scripts?

That's the plan. You'll import episode scripts as Final Draft (.fdx), Fountain or PDF, and get the scenes, a storyboard and a draft cast list in one step.

We own novels. Can HeroTake adapt them?

That's part of the plan. Bring a novel or web-novel and get a proposed season and episode structure, episode scripts written to end on a hook, and a draft bible, all revised at script level before anything is generated. You bring the rights to the story.

Will the characters really stay the same across 60 episodes?

That's the point of what we're building: one bible for the series, and continuity carried from scene to scene and episode to episode, with breaks flagged before an episode is final. We won't say how well it holds until we've tested it across whole seasons.

Will the AI write the series for us?

No. The story is yours. The AI can draft episode scripts within your arcs and propose the shots, but you approve every script before anything is built, and you pick the take for every shot.

Can we cast real actors?

Not today. Characters in HeroTake are built from AI-generated imagery, or imagery you hold rights to that shows no real person, and photos of real, identifiable people are refused. Using a real actor's likeness will need their verified consent, and we're building that. For a series, each licensed face, voice and music cue will be checked against the planned season before it becomes part of the series.

Will it dub our series into other languages?

That's part of the plan: dubbed versions, each kept under the same continuity records as the original.

What will it cost?

Pricing for series isn't set. In HeroTake today, every generation shows its price before it runs, and series will work the same way.
